Without adding any sugar, coconut coffee still tastes mildly sweet thanks to coconut water. Coconut cream is a good substitute for dairy with aroma, though packed with high calories. Coconut water switches off a busy afternoon. It also cools down an overwhelmed brain. Highly recommended for summer !
The ingredients of Coconut Iced Coffee:
- 1 Nespresso Pod
- 40 ml coconut cream
- 200 ml coconut water
- some ice cubes
Preparation:
1 . Brew the nespresso pod
2 . Add the espresso into the ice
3. Add 200 ml coconut water
4 top it with the coconut cream
